The Annual Meeting will be on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. ET, and will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams. Election Information
One seat on the Board of Directors is up for election. The Nominating Committee nominates Kevin Brott. There are no re-elections on the Supervisory Committee.

Kevin has served on the Board of Directors at Members First Credit Union since 2012 and is currently the Vice-Chair. He is the Executive Director of New Dawn Shelter of Gladwin County and retired from teaching after 30 years.
