M1 Joyful Journey: Becky Trombley's Full Circle Moment

4/22/2026

If Becky Trombley’s 10-year journey had a theme, it might just be: “Start strong, grow boldly, and somehow end up right back where you belong, but with way more wisdom (and probably a few great stories along the way).”

As Becky puts it, “I started out as a Senior MSR at Blue Grass, transferred over to Ann St as a Senior MSR during some major life events, became a Branch Leader there and came ‘home’ to Blue Grass as their Leader.” Full circle moments just hit different and Becky made the most of every step in between.

Through every role and transition, one thing has stayed the same: her love for people. Becky shares, “What I love the most is the different people who have came into my life, both co-workers and members. I love helping to build people up and pull out their full potential as well as making a difference in our members’ lives.” Basically, if there’s a way to encourage, support, or cheer someone on Becky’s already on it.

For Becky, M1 isn’t just where she works, it’s where she feels at home. She explains, “Being part of this organization means belonging to a place where people truly matter.” And after experiences elsewhere, she appreciates that here she’s “felt cared for, supported, and recognized as an individual, not just another employee.”

When it comes to accomplishments, Becky keeps it real, and impressive. “Making sure my team and myself are always going the extra mile to be trained and well rounded…” she says. And they don’t just say it, they do it. With a team of seven (six rocking new accounts and four diving into loans), they’ve built a powerhouse group that’s ready for just about anything. If there’s an opportunity to help a member, you can bet Team Bluegrass is already two steps ahead.

One of the most relatable parts of Becky’s story? Even she had a moment of, “Wait… what’s actually different here?” Coming from a banking background, she admits, “I questioned what was so different…”—until that lightbulb moment hit. “Once I really was able to dive in… it was like a light went off.”

And what flipped the switch? Real impact. Real people. Real change.

“I love how members come in and think there is no way we will be able to help them and then WE DO.” That’s the magic. From helping someone get into a vehicle to setting them up for future savings through refinancing, Becky finds joy in those “watch this” moments where hope turns into a plan.

She sums up her journey in three words:
“Rewarding. Grateful. Proud.”
