Switching to eStatements is an easy way to cut down on paper, reduce waste, and keep your financial information organized. You’ll receive your statements faster and can access them securely anytime, anywhere.
It’s a small change that’s convenient for you—and better for the planet.
1. Access Online Banking or the Mobile App
2. Click on the eServices tab, then Statement Preferences
3. Choose 'Email' for notifications and ‘Electronic Online’ for delivery
4. Hit 'Submit' and you're done!
2. Make Sure Your Contact Info Is Up to Date
Keeping your contact information current helps us stay connected with you while reducing returned mail and unnecessary paper waste. If you’ve moved or recently changed your phone number or email address, updating your details ensures you receive important communications—such as account updates, security notices, and member information—without interruption.
Updating your information is easy. You can:
- Call us at 855.835.6328
- Log in to Online or Mobile Banking
- Visit your nearest branch
If you’re using Online or Mobile Banking, simply navigate to eServices in the menu, select Address Change, update your information, and submit.
3. Use Digital Banking
From paying bills to depositing checks and checking balances, digital banking makes handling everyday banking needs quick and easy—right from your phone or computer.

Direct deposit eliminates printed paychecks, envelopes, and paper waste by electronically depositing your pay directly into your account.

6. Take & Share Books with Little Free Libraries
Before ordering your next book online, check out a nearby Little Free Library—you might just find your next great read. Each Members First Credit Union branch has a Little Free Library, making it easy to share gently used books and keep stories circulating within the community.
