If you notice a purchase that doesn’t look right, please call Greenlight at 888.483.2645. Their team will help review the transaction and make sure your account stays safe and accurate.

The account owner should log into the Greenlight app to temporarily turn the card off. After that, call Greenlight at 888-483-2645 to report the lost card and request a replacement.
